What does your workmanship guarantee cover for heating and air-conditioning repairs?
Our workmanship guarantee promises that every aspect of the labor we perform—diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and system testing—will be completed to professional standards. If any problem arises because a task was not done correctly, we return to your Alcoa home or business at no extra charge to make it right. The guarantee covers furnace, heat pump, and central AC work, including electrical connections, refrigerant handling, duct sealing, and thermostat wiring.
How long is the workmanship guarantee valid?
For residential customers in Alcoa, the guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of service. For light-commercial projects it extends 6 months. Within that period, any issue traced back to our labor is corrected free of charge.
