FAQs
What is included in your flexible maintenance plans for heating and air conditioning in Greenback?
Our plans cover two precision tune-ups per year (one for heating, one for cooling), a 21-point safety and performance inspection, filter replacement, condensate drain cleaning, thermostat calibration, and a written system health report. Members also receive priority scheduling, no-overtime service, and discounts on any needed repairs.
How often will a technician visit my home?
You will receive two scheduled visits annually—typically in the spring for your air conditioner and in the fall for your furnace or heat pump. If you request additional check-ups or if we need to return to address an emerging issue found during an inspection, those visits are also covered at no extra labor charge under the plan.
Are there different plan levels, and how do I choose the right one?
Yes. We offer Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Silver covers basic tune-ups and inspections, Gold adds parts and labor coverage for common components (contactors, capacitors, ignitors, etc.), and Platinum includes full parts and labor for major components plus zero diagnostic fees. We recommend Silver for newer systems under manufacturer warranty, Gold for mid-life equipment, and Platinum for systems 10 years or older or for homeowners who want maximum cost protection.
How much can I save by enrolling instead of paying for one-time tune-ups?
A single seasonal tune-up in Greenback typically costs about $129. With the Silver plan at $199 per year, you get two tune-ups plus additional perks—saving roughly $59 before factoring in priority service and repair discounts. Gold and Platinum members can save hundreds of dollars a year on parts, labor, and after-hours fees if a breakdown occurs.
What happens if my system breaks down after hours or on a weekend?
Plan members receive 24/7 emergency response. Diagnostic fees are waived for Gold and Platinum members and discounted 50 % for Silver members. Because you’re on our priority list, we dispatch the first available technician, even on holidays, ensuring you get heat or cooling restored as quickly as possible.
How do I sign up, and is there a long-term contract?
Enrollment takes less than five minutes. You can sign up online, over the phone, or during a technician’s visit. Plans are billed monthly or annually, whichever you prefer. There is no long-term contract; you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, and any unused portion of your fee will be prorated and refunded.
