How does your transparent pricing policy work?
Before any work begins, our engineer will inspect your heating or air-conditioning system and provide a written, fixed-price quote that details labour, parts, VAT and any disposal fees. The price you sign off on is the price you pay—no hidden surcharges, travel costs or "weekend premiums". If additional issues are discovered, we will discuss the options and obtain your approval before proceeding.
What is included in the quoted price for a new boiler or air-conditioning installation?
Our installation price covers the complete job: supply of the boiler or AC unit, all required fittings and flue parts, labour, commissioning, registration with Gas Safe or Refcom, and removal/recycling of your old equipment. We also include the first system health check at 12 months and a manufacturer-approved warranty of up to 10 years, giving you a true all-in cost from day one.
Do you charge a call-out fee for repairs in Harrogate?
During normal business hours (8 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday) there is no call-out fee within the HG1–HG5 postcode areas. For evenings, weekends and bank holidays we apply a flat £45 emergency visit charge, which is always quoted in advance and waived if you proceed with the recommended repair on the same visit.
