What does the Rock-Solid Warranty cover on a new air-conditioning system?

Our Rock-Solid Warranty provides two levels of protection. First, all major components that come from the manufacturer—such as the compressor, condenser coils, blower motor, and control boards—are covered for parts replacement. Second, we back our craftsmanship with a no-questions-asked labor guarantee, meaning any workmanship-related issues (refrigerant leaks, duct connections, drainage problems, etc.) will be repaired at no cost to you. In short, both factory parts and our installation labor are fully protected.

How long does the warranty last, and can it be extended?

Standard coverage is 10 years on manufacturer parts and 2 years on labor. Because every Jasper home and budget is different, we also offer optional extensions: a 12-year parts upgrade and a 5- or 10-year labor extension. Extended plans can be purchased any time within the first 12 months after installation, and they add the same bumper-to-bumper protection you receive on day one.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home in Jasper?
