What happens if my Wi-Fi goes down or there’s a power outage?
During an internet outage, the thermostat continues to operate in stand-alone mode, maintaining your last programmed schedule and running the AC as usual. You won’t be able to make remote changes until connectivity is restored, but on-device controls remain fully functional. In a power outage, the thermostat shuts off along with the HVAC equipment and restarts automatically when power returns, keeping all saved settings intact in its non-volatile memory.
